Real estate has always been part of who I am. I was fortunate to grow up surrounded by two families whose roots in Hackettstown real estate span generations. The Fiedler and O’Neill families instilled in me a deep appreciation for this community, its history, and the privilege of helping people find a place to call home. My father, Kevin O’Neill, worked at Fiedler Real Estate alongside the family, so Jeff Fiedler and I grew up “listening” to real estate talk our entire lives. I’m one of the newest members of a team that has been earning this town’s trust for generations — and joining it feels less like starting a career than like coming home. For me, a home has never been just a piece of property. Every front porch, every tree-lined street, and every historic building tells a story about the people who came before us. My passion for preserving Hackettstown’s history has only strengthened my belief that every home becomes part of a family’s story. I don’t just see houses — I see the lives that will be lived inside them. I see birthday parties in backyards, holiday dinners around kitchen tables, children riding bicycles down quiet streets, and neighbors who become lifelong friends. A home is where memories are made, traditions begin, and futures take shape. Helping people find that place is more than a profession to me. It’s a calling rooted in family, inspired by community, and driven by a genuine love for Hackettstown and the people who make it home.
